Avocado with Salmon

These stuffed avocados make a very impressive brunch dish, while they’re super easy to make!

Just cut an avocado in half, fill the holes with eggs and put them in the oven (180°C/350°F) for 15-20 minutes.

If you’re feeling festive you can also make a version with smoked salmon!
