1 ts mix for chai tea (we used Chai Chai Chai from Tea Makery)
500 ml water
450 ml plantbased milk
Put the water and the tea (in a tea egg or teafilter) in a pan and boil it for 20 minutes.
Remove the teafilter from the pan. Heat the milk.
Fill a large tea glass half with the tea and half with the milk. If you prefer your tea less strong, you can add more tea and less milk.
