Healthy Strawberry Crumble

Our guest blogger Beau loves fruit and makes all kinds of recipes with it. She made raspberry coconut bliss balls and pancake sushi rolls before and in this last video she shows you how to make a healthy strawberry crumble.

Ingredients:
4 tbs rolled oats
1 tbs (spelt) flour
2 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs agave syrup
Handful of strawberries, and extra for decoration. 

Preheat the oven to 200C/380F. Put the strawberries in a small bowl. Mix the rolled oats, flour and agave syrup. Spoon in the coconut oil. Put the mixture on top of the strawberries and press it lightly with a spoon to smoothen it. Put the crumble in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit and yogurt.
