These matcha spinach crackers are a perfect healthy savory snack. Just mix 200 g whole wheat flour, 170 gr frozen spinach (thawed), 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 teaspoons matcha powder in a big bowl. Form a dough with your hands. Put the dough on a piece of parchment paper and roll out till it’s thin. Cut little squares, this is very easy with a pizza cutter.
Put the crackers in the oven (180C/350F) for 20 minutes. They're great with hummus!
