Pea Hummus

Are you hosting a party and looking for a healthy snack for your guests? Hummus is perfect! It's easy to make and will satisfy all dietary wishes from your friends since it's lactose free, gluten free and vegan. This green pea hummus is a nice variation on the classical recipe.

Ingredients:
250 gr peas
1 can (400 grams) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tbs tahini paste
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice
handful fresh mint leaves

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth. Serve the green pea hummus with grilled pitta bread.
