Raspberry Coconut Bliss Balls

Our guest blogger Beau loves fruit and makes all kinds of recipes with it. These raspberry coconut bliss balls are a perfect healthy snack!
Ingredients:
80 grams cashews
55 grams grated coconut (and some extra for decoration)
  • 20 grams rolled oats
  • 1 tbs agave syrup
  • 1 tbs coconut oil 
  • a big hand (frozen) raspberries

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixed. Roll small balls from them with your hands. Cover each bliss ball with some extra grated coconut. Keep cooled until serving.
