My version of peanut butter cups are vegan and gluten free. They don’t contain any added sugar (except for the sugar that’s already in extra dark chocolate).
Ingredients for 5 cups:
Melt the extra dark chocolate au-bain-marie (I used 85% cacao) and pour a layer in each silicone muffin cup. I put them in the freezer for a few minutes while I was melting the peanut butter in the microwave. I used a 100% nut butter, that didn’t contain any other ingredients.
Put a scoop of peanut butter in each cup and top them with the rest of the melted chocolate. Put them in the fridge until serving.
